Lucy, Dolly, and Marge are widowed friends living in Bakersfield, California who get together to play cards. A new neighbor, Linda, is also a widow, is introduced to the group. Unbeknownst to Lucy, Linda is seeing Lucy's son, Randy. Dolly decides to try a seniors' dating app and convinces Lucy to join her. Through the app, they meet a pair of likable ne'er-do-wells that are in trouble. The ladies agree to help them and hilarity ensues as the group travels to Las Vegas resulting in scenes of intense gambling, surprising nightclub strippers, Elvis-themed weddings and courtroom appearances.

Mike Byham has several productions to his credit -primarily on the community theater level. Mike's plays have won multiple awards including Vistas being named as Winner of Best New Play in the Little Theatre of Alexandria New Play Festival and Best New Play in the Northern Virginia Theatre Alliance One-Act Festival. More recently, his play Revelations: Book of Lucy placed as the Silver Stage Winner in the 2020 New Voices Contest in Charles Town, West Virginia. His plays have been produced in several states from California to Massachusetts. Mike has experience as an actor and director as well.
Mike works as an engineer for a major airline headquartered in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He and his wife Dawn are recent transplants to North Texas. Mike is a member of the Dramatists Guild and the American Association of Community Theatre. His plays with production histories may be viewed here.
