The Fort Worth Community Arts Center is home to two theatres that host a multitude of events, plays, concerts, films, conventions, dance recitals, and performances.  


The Hardy and Betty Sanders Theatre is a traditional black box theatre space that seats approximately 120 patrons. Through the use of adjustable audience risers, space may be configured for a wide array of performers to experiment with music, theater, dance, poetry, or literature; and provides audiences with an intimate theater experience.

The William Edrington Scott Theatre was designed to serve Fort Worth’s performing groups in the comfort and convenience of this 468-seat theatre. The thrust stage, complete with state of the art equipment provides an assortment of presentation opportunities, including a 20 x 20-foot projection screen. 

Both theatres have longed served the Fort Worth arts community from touring groups and shows, local theatre companies, and concerts. For more information, click here for more information on facility rentals.

In addition to offering theatre space, the Arts Center began its own production company, The Arts Center Presents, in 2019. The Arts Center Presents produced to critically acclaimed productions its inaugural year. The Arts Center also offers programming opportunities for North Texas' vibrant theatre community.
